Mgr. Adriana Kvítková

Adriana has been immersed in the legal field since 2007, commencing her internship at a prominent Prague law firm. Before undertaking the bar exam, she further enriched her experience at one of the largest Czech law firms. During this time, she delved into litigation, insolvency law, cooperative law, and housing law within a specialized team. Adriana obtained her lawyer registration in January 2011, and her diverse practice spans real estate law, housing law (owners’ association), company law, representation before courts and administrative authorities, insolvency law, and public procurement. Her clientele ranges from private individuals and small to medium-sized businesses to entities within the public sector.

Adriana’s international exposure includes an internship abroad at Sciences Politiques Toulouse at the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in 2006, complementing her studies at the Faculty of Law. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, she brings a multilingual dimension to her legal practice.

Notably, Adriana actively contributes to the legal discourse through professional articles, with a particular focus on homeowners’ associations and housing law. Additionally, she co-authored a monograph on debt collection for a member of SVJ.
